Unexpected conditions (such as hidden damage, structural issues, or additional materials required) may result in adjustments to pricing or project scope. In such cases, the customer will be informed before additional work begins.

4. Payments and Billing

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of work.

  • Payments may be made via check, credit card, or other approved methods.

Unpaid balances beyond 10 days from the invoice date may be subject to late fees or collection action. Ownership of materials and warranties remains with All Pro Roofing until payment is received in full.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service before work begins by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
If materials have already been ordered or delivered, you may be responsible for associated costs.

All Pro Roofing reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty and Workmanship

All completed roofing work includes a workmanship warranty as stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used and are subject to their terms.

Warranties are void if:

  • Alterations or repairs are made by others without written approval.

  • Roof damage occurs from unrelated causes (storms, falling debris, or neglect).

  • Required maintenance is not performed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pro Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, interior damage, or loss of use resulting from leaks or delays, except in cases of proven negligence.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is performed. This includes clearing vehicles, furniture, or obstacles near the work area.

All Pro Roofing follows OSHA safety standards and reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified.
